Snowshoers make the trek across the Raven Golf Course and Nordic Center at Three Peaks while participating in the Town of Silverthorne Recreation Department's annual Swift Skeddaddle Snowshoe Adventure Sunday morning. More than 110 participants competed in the 10K race and 3 romp. The event is a Untied States Snowshoeing Association regional qualifier, with top winners earning a chance to compete at the national level. A portion of the race proceeds will benefit the Silverthorne Recreation Center youth scholarship fund.
